We strive to ensure our Graduates of today become our Senior Engineers of tomorrow in recognition of the dedication and commitment they show. Pinnacle will provide a competitive remuneration package as well as a structured training plan to support their journey of learning and development.

Pinnacle’s graduates are professionals with enthusiasm, drive and have a genuine passion to succeed.  They are self-motivated and committed to their own development – they’re willing to learn and are open to feedback and guidance from their peers. They are team players but can also work on their own initiative and are naturally inquisitive with an impeccable eye for detail.

"Having worked in the industry a number of years prior to joining Pinnacle with little to no further training or support offered to me previously, I was immensely grateful when joining the company in the Spring of 2013 as a Technician, as Pinnacle immediately provided me with the support and encouragement I needed to pursue my long-term aspiration of gaining a degree in civil engineering. In September of the same year, I enrolled onto the FdSc Civil Engineering programme on a part-time day release basis at University with the company fully supporting me financially and academically.

"I graduated with Merit in the Summer of 2016 and then quickly enrolled onto the BSc(Hons) Degree programme, also on a part-time day release basis for a further two years. After a total five years of study, I Graduated with a First Class Honours degree and am currently working as a competent Civil Engineer as part of a great team. I’m now working towards gaining IEng accreditation with the ICE, with the full support of Pinnacle behind me."

“I started out at Pinnacle in my first accounting role with AAT - Foundation Level. Pinnacle supported me in becoming a fully qualified AAT Technician. They also encouraged me to broaden my field into the payroll function. Pinnacle are currently supporting me through training to become a qualified Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA)”.

Since joining Pinnacle 3 years ago I have received an amazing amount of support and encouragement from everyone throughout the business. Within those 3 years Pinnacle have helped me achieve a double Merit BTEC Level 3 diploma in Construction and the built environment (Civil Engineering), Level 2 & 3 Diploma in IT User Skills (QCF) and have also sent me onto a Excitech 3 day Revit. I am now undertaking the BTEC HND Civil Engineering with the support of Pinnacle".
