THIRD PARTY SEXUAL HARASSMENT STATEMENT
Pinnacle is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for everyone who works with us and alongside us.
We have reviewed and strengthened our policies and procedures in line with changes to UK employment legislation that took effect from October 2026.
These changes place enhanced obligations on all UK employers to prevent sexual harassment and address harassment involving third parties.
"Third parties" to Pinnacle include, but are not limited to, our clients, contractors, suppliers and visitors.
This statement publicly reaffirms the standards of behaviour we expect in all interactions involving our employees, contractors and business partners.
All individuals representing our clients and partner organisations – however and whenever we interact – must:
- Treat others with courtesy, dignity and respect
- Maintain professional standards of conduct at all times
- Refrain from behaviour that could be considered harassment, bullying, intimidation, discrimination or victimisation
- Support a workplace culture where concerns can be raised and addressed appropriately
We value the strong relationships we have built with our clients and suppliers, and we believe that mutual respect is fundamental to successful partnerships.
All third party contractors, sub-consultants, and suppliers of services to Pinnacle are vetted for suitability before any work or product is commissioned or procured, and suitability is re-evaluated annually. All third parties are required to supply a copy of their policies and processes that support dignity in the workplace as part of our checks.
Pinnacle reserves the right to terminate (or not renew) all working relationships where ongoing suitability can not be demonstrated.
If you have any questions regarding our approach or would like further information, please contact Cheryl Duale, Group People Director, or another member of our HR team.
Thank you for your partnership and support.
