We are delighted that Investors in People (IIP) has awarded Pinnacle with Silver accreditation in its ‘We invest in people’ assessment.

Only 22% of organisations taking part in the assessment achieve silver status – so we’re in great company!

Achieving Silver level means we’ve again been externally verified as having the right people and business principles in place and that we’re consistently delivering on those. We have been re-awarded with our silver status, first achieved in 2021.

Most of us will spend around 80,000 hours at work in our lifetimes – so for something that takes up that much of our time, people deserve to get the most out of it. Committing to benchmarking by community interest company IIP was a great opportunity to hear more from staff through an independent ear and gives us clear sight of what we’re doing well and where we can make further improvements.

Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, said: “We’d like to congratulate Pinnacle Consulting Engineers. Silver accreditation on ‘We invest in people’ is a remarkable effort for any organisation, and places Pinnacle in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.”

Commenting on receiving the award, Cheryl Duale, Group People Director, said: “Pinnacle has worked with global benchmarking body Investors in People for a number of years now, to understand more about how we can improve. IIP’s expertise helps us focus on the right areas and make positive change.”

“IIP is just one of the ways we try to regularly keep a finger on the pulse at Pinnacle. Our employees have confirmed that we are committed to putting people first and improving the workplace, driving success and wellbeing for employees and customers alike.”
