“I’m part of the civils team and started my journey with Pinnacle in August 2012. It’s been a great place to work with someone always ready to offer advice and support. Pinnacle have a training agreement in place with the ICE which I joined in 2014. Through their support I achieved my IEng in May 2016. Pinnacle have always supported any courses and training needs I have required and offer an environment where you can challenge yourself by getting involved in all aspects of a project. Having come from a bigger consultancy I realise the exposure I have had with Pinnacle has really helped my development as an engineer”.
"Pinnacle is a great place to work with vast opportunities to build my future career in structural engineering. They supported me to pass the Institution of Structural Engineers Associate member exam and become an Incorporated Structural Engineer. Now Pinnacle is encouraging me to work towards becoming a chartered structural engineer".
“I started out at Pinnacle in my first accounting role with AAT - Foundation Level. Pinnacle supported me in becoming a fully qualified AAT Technician. They also encouraged me to broaden my field into the payroll function. Pinnacle are currently supporting me through training to become a qualified Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA)”.
Since joining Pinnacle 3 years ago I have received an amazing amount of support and encouragement from everyone throughout the business. Within those 3 years Pinnacle have helped me achieve a double Merit BTEC Level 3 diploma in Construction and the built environment (Civil Engineering), Level 2 & 3 Diploma in IT User Skills (QCF) and have also sent me onto a Excitech 3 day Revit. I am now undertaking the BTEC HND Civil Engineering with the support of Pinnacle".
